De Stress Your Mornings

Most of the families suffer from morning madness, which involves a mad rush to keep up with the watch that ticks away. It’s a stressful time. If you follow some steps routinely you can avoid getting worked up.

Decide on the clothes that you are going to wear to office the next day.
Keep them ironed.
Keep the slippers next to the front door.
Keep the necessary things such as wallet, its contents, mobile phones, lap top etc packed and next to the front door.
Keep keys of automobile and the keys of the front door near your wallet.
Keep the ingredients needed for next days break fast on the kitchen table.
Stick to simple break fasts like oats, bread and omelette, corn flakes, fruits etc for week days. Never feel guilty about the light break fast, all the above mentioned things are equally nutritious and you are not a superman.
If you need to carry lunch, try to prepare it the day before. If you have a microwave safe lunch box, pack the lunch the previous night itself.
Keep a time fixed at night to start preparing for the next day.
Alarm clocks have options for the alarm to ring at a particular time for the entire week. Use this feature to save time on fixing alarm clock.
